By accessing, browsing, registering on, or otherwise using the 786fun platform available at 786fun.bio (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform", "786fun", "we", "us", or "our"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), along with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform. Continued use of any part of 786fun constitutes your ongoing acceptance of these Terms as they may be updated from time to time.

Players who cannot verify their age to our satisfaction will have their accounts suspended and any pending withdrawals withheld pending review. Funds deposited by players found to be under 21 years of age will be returned to the originating payment method after the deduction of any bonuses received.

• KYC verification: 786fun is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification on all player accounts prior to processing withdrawal requests. You agree to provide any requested identification documents promptly upon request.
• Account updates: You are responsible for keeping your account information current. Changes to your registered mobile number require identity verification via our support team.

786fun supports deposits and withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank. The following conditions apply to all financial transactions on the Platform:

• Minimum deposit: The minimum deposit amount is Rs500. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account.
• Deposit processing: Deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa typically credit within 30 seconds. Bank transfers via HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank may take up to 30 minutes during standard banking hours.

• 786fun's right to modify: 786fun reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses that a player has already activated and is actively wagering.

All games available on 786fun — including live casino tables, slot titles, and sportsbook markets — are governed by the rules of the respective game or event. By participating in any game or placing any bet, you acknowledge the following:

• Game outcomes: All casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) systems. 786fun does not manipulate game outcomes and cannot alter the result of any individual spin, hand, or round once initiated.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 786fun. Engaging in any of the activities below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, the forfeiture of any active balances, and may result in reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, whether under your own identity or a different identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using another person's payment method to fund your account or process withdrawals.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting activity designed to defraud the Platform or other players.
• Exploiting software bugs, RNG vulnerabilities, or technical errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from exploited errors are void and will be recovered from the account balance.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with games on your behalf without express written permission from 786fun.

• Attempting to circumvent account verification, self-exclusion measures, or responsible gaming controls.

786fun reserves the right to investigate any account it reasonably suspects of prohibited conduct. During an investigation, the account may be suspended and withdrawals withheld pending the outcome.

786fun is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing tools that help players maintain control over their gaming activity. The following responsible gaming features are available to all registered players via account settings:

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Limits take effect immediately upon saving and cannot be increased for a 24-hour cooling-off period.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any part of the Platform without prior written authorisation.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any software powering the Platform.
• Use the 786fun brand name, logo, or any associated marks for commercial purposes, including in social media promotions not authorised by 786fun.
• Create derivative works based on any Platform content.

Any unauthorised use of 786fun's intellectual property may result in account termination and legal action. If you believe that content on the Platform infringes your intellectual property rights, please contact us via live chat or at the email address listed in Section 14.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 786fun, its directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Losses sustained as a result of gambling activity on the Platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of access to the Platform.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in game results caused by third-party software providers.
• Any loss or damage arising from reliance on promotional information that has since been amended.

786fun's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory under which the claim is brought.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 786fun makes no warranties — express or implied — regarding the uninterrupted availability of the Platform, the accuracy of odds data, or the fitness of the Platform for any particular purpose.

786fun reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of stolen payment instruments.
• A player's failure to complete KYC verification within the stipulated timeframe.
• Regulatory or compliance requirements that necessitate account closure.
• A player's voluntary request to close their account.

Upon account closure for a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited at 786fun's discretion, subject to the nature of the breach. Where an account is closed for any reason other than a material breach, any verified balance — net of active bonuses — will be returned to the player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account should contact the 786fun support team via live chat. Voluntary account closure requests are processed within 48 hours and will be confirmed by our support team.

786fun reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time.
